Challenges

• Lack of familiarity of job and talent markets in the targeted countries 
• Lack of qualified candidates in their own recruitment channels (website applications, LinkedIn Job ad, etc.)
• Lack of internal recruitment support who can actively source qualified candidates 
• Urgently need to fill these positions to support internal operations and growth 
• Hard to find someone who has the strong drive and relevant experience at the same time 

How we helped

• We immediately assigned 5 recruiters who are confident and capable in finding tech talents in job markets outside Germany 
• We comprehensively briefed the recruiters of the expectations of plusserver, especially the importance of culture fit (strong drive, open-minded mindset, etc.)
• We initiated feedback meetings with both the human resource business partner and hiring department head on a weekly basis, so that we can adjust our hiring strategy on a timely basis
