Is the slot price per role?
The price depends on the role, the number of roles and how long you need the slot. Hiring more people from the same slot doesn't change it. We go through it on a call.
What do we have to do on our side?
Confirm the brief at kickoff. Quick feedback on candidates keeps the slot moving. Sourcing, screening and the weekly sync are on Jomigo.
Is the slot a person we manage, or a service?
A service with a result. The recruiter on your slot does the sourcing and screening. Jomigo manages the account and steers the search, with one point of contact for you. The same recruiter stays on the slot for as long as it runs. If the recruiter is unavailable, Jomigo covers the slot.
Which roles suit a slot, and can I switch roles?
Profiles you hire again and again, like Account Executives or Forward-Deployed Engineers. The slot can move to another role of the same profile, also in another team or city. A different profile is a new slot. Senior, Head-of and niche roles usually run as a Search, alongside the slot.
Which roles and locations do you cover?
Sales & GTM, Engineering, Marketing and Product roles, from experienced individual contributors to Head-of level, and C-level case by case. Most of our hiring is in Germany, mainly Berlin and Munich, and across DACH. We've also placed in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia.
Who is in your network and how do you vet them?
Our network is freelance recruiters and small boutique agencies, each specialised in a field like engineering, GTM or marketing. Every recruiter in our vetted network has been interviewed by Jomigo, and for each role we pick the ones with a track record on that kind of role.
Do you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes. Tell us who else works on the role. Search takes the hard or senior roles your team can't get to. A slot adds a steady flow on one profile and assesses your applicants for it. Your team makes every hiring decision.
How do you handle candidate data?
Candidates run through our GDPR-compliant ATS, built around the candidate. Their data is used only for the hiring process, deleted after six months at the latest if they are not hired, and earlier on request.
