- Daily follow up with the talent scouts to guide them find the best match within shortest possible period of time
- At least once per weekly video call with the hiring manager to continuously understand his needs and transparent feedback about existing candidates
- Arrange and participate in conversations between the talent scout and client to increase mutual trust and engagement
- Provide consulting for client based on market feedback to adjust sourcing directions
