How is the fee calculated, and when do I pay?

20–25% of annual salary. Where you land depends on how hard the role is and how many roles you hire for. You pay only when you hire. We go through the exact fee and terms on a call.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Every Search hire comes with a guarantee. The exact terms are part of your offer.

Do several recruiters work on my role?

Often, yes. We brief the specialists who already recruit in your role's market, sometimes more than one. Jomigo picks them, checks every candidate, and you have one contact for the whole search.

Which roles and locations do you cover?

Sales & GTM, Engineering, Marketing and Product roles, from experienced individual contributors to Head-of level, and C-level case by case. Most of our hiring is in Germany, mainly Berlin and Munich, and across DACH. We've also placed in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia.

Who is in your network and how do you vet them?

Our network is freelance recruiters and small boutique agencies, each specialised in a field like engineering, GTM or marketing. Every recruiter in our vetted network has been interviewed by Jomigo, and for each role we pick the ones with a track record on that kind of role.

Can we run Search next to our own team or other agencies?

Yes. Tell us who else is on the role and we'll agree how we work on the first call.

How do you handle candidate data?

Candidates run through our GDPR-compliant ATS, built around the candidate. Their data is used only for the hiring process, deleted after six months at the latest if they are not hired, and earlier on request.

How fast will we see candidates?

Usually 5 to 9 days for the first pre-qualified candidates, depending on the search. The specialists we match already recruit in your market, so they start from a network, not from zero.
