Who can join?
Freelance recruiters and small boutique agencies with a track record in a field like engineering, GTM, marketing or product. The vetted network is invite-only: we review every application and interview before you get access to roles.
How do I get roles?
Every open role is in the Jomigo network with the client brief and the search strategy. You pick the roles that fit your market, or we match you to one.
How much can I earn, and when do I get paid?
Your share is shown on every role before you commit. Placement commissions are paid in two halves: the first after the candidate signs, the second after the probation period of three to six months. Slot fees are paid monthly. You invoice Jomigo, one contract, one counterparty, whichever client you work for.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. Commissions count as income from a commercial activity, so you need to invoice as a freelancer or through your company. In Germany that's a Gewerbe or a freelance registration. Check the details with your tax advisor.
Do I talk to the client?
Your Jomigo account manager handles the client and the contract. You get the brief, the strategy and the feedback on every candidate in the Jomigo network, and you can chat with the client there directly.
Does it cost anything?
No. Jomigo is free for recruiters.
