20–25% of annual salary. Where you land depends on how hard the role is and how many roles you hire for. You pay only when you hire. We go through the exact fee and terms on a call.
Is the slot price per role?
The price depends on the role, the number of roles and how long you need the slot. Hiring more people from the same slot doesn't change it. We go through it on a call.
What happens if I hire from a slot?
There's no placement fee, whether you hire one person or five. When the role is filled, the slot moves on to your next role of the same profile.
Can I combine both?
Yes. A Search for a senior role can run alongside a slot on your repeat roles.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Every Search hire comes with a guarantee. The exact terms are part of your offer.
Are there other costs?
No. The fee or the monthly slot price is all you pay. Tools and sourcing are included.
