Mabanaft is an independent, integrated energy company. It supplies energy for transport, heating and industry, and takes an active part in the energy transition. It aims to run its business in an economically, environmentally and socially responsible way.
The challenge
- Mabanaft had worked with three other headhunting agencies and was not happy with the fit of their candidates.
- Three months of its own active sourcing and screening of job-board applicants had not led to a hire.
- It had no in-house recruiters for the search.
What we did
- We assigned three recruiters with tech recruiting experience straight away, and they started sourcing at once.
- We held ongoing feedback conversations with the hiring manager and adjusted the search to what the market told us.
- We stayed in close contact with the recruiters, and at times with candidates, to keep everyone engaged and the process moving.
- We ran an update call at least once a week to follow the pipeline closely.
