Trend forecasts show that a shortage of care workers will increase over the next decades tremendously, we are honoured to pioneer and co-shape the future of international nurses for local care. Our vision is to help hospitals and the healthcare industry to better manage the exhausting recruiting process of talent acquisition and to enable easy access for nurses to their dream job. Careloop is the first all-in-one solution for recruiting, training and integrating international nurses.

We are an early-stage, VC-backed HealthTech Startup solving one of the biggest problems of our time. We've just raised 2M€ in fresh seed financing bringing us to nearly 3M€ in total funds raised to fuel our growth. We are backed by our amazing lead investors Redstone and the impact fund of IBB Ventures. So far we’ve built a passionate and dedicated team of 25+ people from ​12 nations, all on the same mission to conquer the care-worker shortage in Germany - and we have just started!
